By inviting Sharksnot to your Discord server or using its commands and features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the bot.

01Eligibility & Compliance

By using Sharksnot, you confirm that:

You meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13+, or the minimum age required in your country).
You will comply with these Terms, as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

02Acceptable Use & Conduct

Sharksnot provides server protection, verification, moderation, anti-alt, anti-nuke, and server backup features among others.

When using Sharksnot, you agree not to:

Abuse, exploit, or attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass any of the bot's security mechanisms.
Send excessive automated commands, self-bot interactions, or attempt to cause denial-of-service against the bot's infrastructure.
Use Sharksnot to harass, raid, dox, or intentionally disrupt other Discord servers or individuals.
Misuse moderation, verification, or administrative commands to maliciously sabotage a server.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently blacklist or terminate access for any user or server found violating these Terms without prior notice.

03Server Backups & Anti-Nuke Features

Server Backups

You acknowledge that creating and restoring server backups is done at your own discretion. Restoring a backup may permanently overwrite existing channels, roles, permissions, or settings. We are not responsible for unintended data loss resulting from backup restorations.

Anti-Nuke Systems

Automated anti-nuke actions (such as auto-kicking, auto-banning, or stripping roles) trigger based on server configuration. Server owners are solely responsible for setting safe threshold limits to prevent accidental staff punishment.

04Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep Sharksnot online and operational, but 100% uptime is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to:

Perform routine maintenance or emergency hotfixes.
Add, remove, modify, or limit free/premium features at any time.
Temporarily or permanently take the bot offline if necessary.

05Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Premium Features

Certain advanced features may require an active paid subscription.

Billing

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

06Limitation of Liability

Sharksnot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

Actions taken by server administrators, staff, or automated moderation features.
Misconfigurations resulting in unintended bans, kicks, channel deletions, or muted members.
Any server data loss, role loss, or downtime caused by Discord API outages, hosting providers, or third-party service failures.

07Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sharksnot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
